What is College Snack Attack?


College Snack Attack is a curated snack subscription service that delivers snacked filled boxes to college students monthly.  Our snack boxes provide a variety of new, traditional and international snacks.

College Snack Attack boxes are affordable, easy and the perfect way to support, and encourage your college student with monthly gift reminders to let them know you are thinking about them.

When do you ship College Snack Attack Boxes?


College Snack Attack subscription boxes ships out twice a month around the 15th and 30th via USPS Priority Mail. One time gift boxes ships within 7days.

All new orders placed between the 1st and 15th will ship out the 30th of each month. All orders placed between the 16th and 30th will ship out  the 15th of each month

The schedule is based on a general collegiate academic calendar to ensure timely delivery while students are on-campus.  Snack boxes ships out on the 15th and 30th of the month. Please allow 3-5 days for arrival.

*Please ensure that you have provided the student’s correct mailing address. If the address is incorrect, delivery WILL be delayed or possibly missed. College Snack Attack cannot be held responsible if an incorrect address is provided.  If a package is returned to us due to undeliverable address, we will resend the package with a new shipping address. (customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs)


Is there a deadline to sign up?


There is no deadline. If you sign up by the 15th College Snack Attack box ships on the 30th. If your order by the 30th College Snack Attack box ships on the 15th of follwoing month.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, we do. Once we ship your box you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you don’t receive one, please contact customer service order@collegesnackbox.com.
What if I signed up for a semester or full school year plan after the semester or school year have already started?

No matter when you sign up, your student will receive the number of snack boxes listed in their subscription plan. For example, if you sign up in November 15th for a full school year subscription (8 monthly boxes), your student will receive a box in the continued months: November 30th Decemebr 30th,  January 30th, February 28th, March 30th, April 30th, May 30th, August 30th.

Can I send College Snack Attack as a one time gift?

Surprise a college student with one of our boxes! Whether it’s for their birthday, get well soon or just because they are sure to love College Snack Attack.  Personalize with an encouraging note. One time gift box ships out within 7 business days.

Can I just purchase one-time?

Yes, simply select our Gift/One Time Purchase option.

Is College Snack Attack only for college students?
Absolutely not! You can send College Snack Attack to anyone. Order College Snack Attack for home or office.
When will I be billed?


Your month to month renewal will be billed on the same day of purchase.  For example, if you sign up on August 10, your subscription will then renew on Septemebr 10, then October 10, etc. Prepaid semester and yearly subscriptions plan are billed in full at the time of purchase and renews the same day every 4 or 8 months. For example, if you sign up  for a Semester Plan on August 10th, your subscription will then renew on  December 10th, then April 10th, etc.  If you sign up for a School Subscription Plan on August 10th, your plan will renew on the April 10th, then March 10th etc.

Will my subscription be automatically renewed?

Yes! All subscriptions plans will be automatically renewed each plan period. Monthly- Billed Every Month, Semester Plan-Billed Every 4 months and School Year-Billed  Every 8 months.  Your payment method will automatically be charged until you cancel.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by emailing us at support@collegesnackbox.com. Please cancel 10 days prior to your renewal date. This will cancel your renewal plans. If you cancel after payment has been made, you will receive the number of boxes you have paid for.  All prepaid plans are non-refundable and will automatically renew until canceled.

What types of payments do you accept? And is payment secure?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.  We never store or receive your card details – they are securely stored through our credit card payment processor.
Can I choose the snacks I'll receive in my box?

The excitement is in the mystery! Snacks are chosen by our College Ambassadors and we are sure your student will love the chosen snacks each month. However, if you would like more or less of any type snack, please indicate in the note section of your order. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you have a healthy college care package?

Yes! We have our Health 101 and Gluten Free Boxes. The Health 101 is filled with healthy, low calories and energy-boosting snacks. The Gluten Free box is full of yummy snacks for those avoiding gluten in their diet.

Can I cancel shipment after being charged for this month?
Unfortunately, once a payment has been processed, we cannot cancel the shipment.
Can I return or get a refund on my box?
All sales are final and products can’t be returned. No refunds will be issued once products have been shipped. If the product is damaged or defective notify us within 3 days of receiving your box.  We will provide you with return information and once the item is returned we will ship a replacement. Please email us at support@collegesnackbox.com.
What if my box is lost or damaged?
If you have not received your box, please be sure to check your tracking number.  If you still cannot locate your box, you will need to file a claim with your local post office.  In the rare case, an item becomes damaged please email us at support@collegesnackbox.com. Damage to product packaging or shipping boxes does not qualify for a replacement.
